Typically a tripod and ball head are sold separately.  Here is a tripod and ball head package we have put together for you to simplify your tethering set-up.

The Manfrotto 190XB 3 Section Black Aluminum Tripod with the Manfrotto Compact Ball Head 496 is a great combination of durability, stability and value.  This set-up will work with your Tether Table as well as all your additional cameras and photography equipment.

In addition to the Manfrotto 190XB Tripod and the 496RC2 Compact Ball Head, the 200-PL-14 Quick Release Plate system is also included.

The Manfrotto 190XB Tripod builds on the success of the 3001 series.  It has been redesigned to offer better ergonomics of the leg-angle release mechanism and improved quick action leg locks. While it can reach a maximum working height of 57.5" (146 cm), it can also be used as low as 3.3" (8.5cm) by using the low angle adapter built-in to the center column.

The Manfrotto 496RC2 Compact Ball Head & Quick Release 200PL-14 Plate is constructed of die-cast aluminum, strong enough to support SLR or DSLR cameras. It has a single repositionable locking lever for 360° panoramic rotation, ±90° tilt movement, plus a friction control for precise positioning. Attach aTether Table or camera to the ball head with the 200PL-14 Plate using the 1/4'' male threads. The head to tripod attachment has 3/8'' female threads. Additionally, the quick release system has a safety to prevent an accidental detaching from the head.
